I'm not sure now if there is a PB with the optional New Game, but that would only be a problem anyways if there were two runs with the exact same time and one used the Optional New Game and the other one didn't.

Also gonna say that this may very well be taken up for voting again at a later date if interest arise.
I'd say it's like in court. Topic is closed, unless somebody brings up anything new. Having the same discussion again seems a little pointless to me
Having a voting and then another one and another one is redundant.
Next what should be discussed is the wording to be used for the ruleset.
Avoiding loopholes and shush.
Also going in to what kind of tools are allowed and so on.

Yeah, that's why I said a later date. Also some may have their opinions changed along the way.
There should still be a few months inbetween before we start that discussion again. Because otherwise people who want the other result could potentially keep this discussion alive until everybody with an opposite oppinion is so annoyed to just give them what they want
