@louistik I would advise you not to use that skip at all, I'm afraid it's completely inconsistent, or at least we haven't found a consistent way yet. And yeah, if you die at that trap, it's most likely a run killer, because even if the game doesn't crash (which is indeed completely random), you lose a ton of time to get the passive lock back :/ So the best way is just to fill up the combo bar and to kill the gladiators (most often two of them are enough).
Ooh I see, so if I understand well the safest way is to kill the gladiators+lions, and after the 2nd gladiator is killed, I have enough time to go past the trap before the next one appears?

Uhm, that's because you didn't see my first attempts xD I think my first runs (which I didn't record) were about 1h45 in-game time, too.
How much time did it take to steal the WR ?
And Helvetia flybash took me ages to get good at, too. It really only comes down to practice and building up muscle memory.

Now this is something I really shouldn't screw up
No flybashing, no passive locks, no jumping into closed bridges... No jumping through the destructible wall in Gaul, no throwing yourself up with the catapult in Rome (developer oversight?), no skipping the lever in the snowy mountains in Helvetia because then you'd have to jump into closed bridges... Can we still jump over the fence with potion and over one lift in Helvetia? Does skipping the Helvetia boat count as a major glitch?
