I was doing a little practicing. Is it normal on the first elevator in normandy there were no romans. And a few days ago there was just 2 ?

The spawn there is random if I'm not mistaken. The Romans that spawn are between 0 and 3.

Thy're not really random. It depends on how many Romans were killed in the room before, with the army

No. Just let Obelix grab one and don't touch one yourself. It then rarely happens that there are any ROmans spawning
