Simaf and me discussed that a lot ^^ It also helps for Greece first fight, bath lions and first Helvetia battle
okay, it definitly doesn't help at all in the first Greece battle, because you hit absolutely everyone once and throw them away. You never use that combo without wasting time there anyways.
First Helvetia battle is useless as well, we are under influence of the potion the entire time.
Well, the lions in that ONE Greece room is true. It's very time consuming and dangerous without
even though I think we could handle that as well... not sure though
I highly disagree on the first Greece battle ^^ But I guess that's down to everyone's own playing style
It would probably still be faster than buying the combo and getting the 3.5k back as Obelix after Wind Cave
yeah, skipping that helmet collection is of course the big advantage
You grab one tall Roman, hit every small Roman in the surrounding, then throw the roman away and one-shot everyone. Hammer combo only beats the one guy you combo and stuns everyone in the surroundings. How would it ever be any useful? You just waste time damaging one single guy
there is nobody that needs more than one hit
hammer combo is only useful for tanky romans
well I can only say it helps a lot for me
My fights without the hammer combo take almost always longer
it's even questionable for lions. if we practice the grab timing of the lions a bit, they are one hit as well
and that would leave two gladiators we have to beat with the combo in the entire game
and by "have to" I mean they are the only two scenarios where hammer combo is faster
Guess I should really do a test run without someday.
And someday is

because I probably won't run that game again until I find motivation to spend hours on EEPL
My test runs always failed in Greece
then again, I didn't do many ^^
are you confident in your timing to grab lions?
I feel like the timing for lions is not consistent
