Update on the issue with the turtle: using the new skinning patch ("the millennium problem") it seems to work fine now!

Something weird i noticed when importing clone geometry, if the new geometry has more materials than the old one, the geometry from said new materials gets discarded. Is this because otherwise the dings or whatever for every clone would need to be readjusted to still point to the correct geometry? :HmmChamp:
