It doesn't load the sector actually, it gets sent after the sector gets loaded

It's always sent in every SaS after the sector loads, if you "enter" the sector without it being loaded it crashes the game. I'm actually not sure what it's use is, but maybe it is important

Or is the event responsible for pausing the game with the "Loading" message if the sector hasn't loaded yet?
