The RwSDK had scripts for that but they are prehistoric and obviously dont work anymore
well in that case i exported it as fbx from blender
3ds max has a script to import dff that was made by some guy
But maya doesnt

And of course these two apps have their own scripting language
Max has like MaxScript and Maya MEL but it supports python too
i mean it a matter of just repeating the export so i remember it for sure
other then that i can guarantee that rig works in maya
