Something I have in mind is Microsoft Small Basic, it's similar to QBasic in terms of simplicity but also more modern (though not sure if it has been updated recently), though I once tried it and you could do things like drawing shapes and control a turtle: https://smallbasic-publicwebsite.azurewebsites.net
