i think so. I am not that deep into emulating
actually I am nowhere near it xD
the problem is that with emulation its usually better to have a separate emulators then one for all
because separate emulators can do much better job and be flexible then one
i tried retroarch but i didnt like it because it had some painful moments when it came to setup things

When I dump a Portuguese game that only works with Win95, I include an already pre-configurated PCEm
maybe i saw it but didnt give much attention to it
