Oh yeah I checked, apparently there's like only around 10 minigames and other than that you just walk around in the city
And I've read that some people managed to beat the game in less than 2 hours

That makes Refund% definitely possible lol
@deathhound246 welcome to our small cozy server
Feel yourself like at home
I see you are a developer
I suppose you are interested not only by speedrunning of asterix but also modding?
Tbh, I haven't played Asterix. I actually joined, hopefully to get a little help with a reverse engineering project I'm working on; Alice in Wonderland
I joined with the hopes that someone would have some knowledge that I don't, seeing as both are made by the same devs with the same engine
@pegperegogaucho and @adrientd are the developers
they will be able to help you with your questions
i did find this server through one of Adrien's repos lol, thank you!
yeah Adrien the Dude is the mastermind of coding so i am sure he has the knowledge to help
Yes I've been doing modding for the Asterix XXL Games for several years, so indeed if you have any questions I probably have answers 🙂
I am working on the XXL Editor which already works on the 5 first games that uses ELB's Kal engine, but I haven't done any works on supporting Alice yet. Already having to support 5 games is not simple tbh xD
However I do keep my eyes on it. Afaik Alice is only released on PC and Wii.
The game is available on Steam, but for some reason it's quite expensive to buy, even during sales.
But through SteamDB I looked at the game file names and they are similar to the other games. And I noticed it also has shader files (for advanced lighting, normal maps etc.) which were previously only used on Xbox 360 and PS3 ports for Olympic Games and Spyro.
This means that Alice is the only game that has a PC version with shaders, which is interesting, though it is possible that since Alice was mainly made for the Wii, the shaders might not really be used.
Maybe they are used but since I haven't played the game I can't say xD
