It seems that if I give permission to pin, it would also give permission to delete messages.
I have the ability to change permissions, but not sure if that's a good idea.
As that would make pretty much everyone a moderator.

Can't really compare if they have different goals: C++ -> native code, C# -> managed .Net code
i heard that if you know C++ you are more likely to get a job as a programmer since like everyone knows C#
yeah, c# might be easier to get into
whereas in C++ you have to deal with more stuff (for example memory allocation/deallocation, etc.) where in c# it's done automatically
c++ also has template metaprogramming that might not be trivial
