Someone uploaded gameplay of the romaster a few days before it got released (Sometime near the end of October) and it showed the game in a very bugged state, people found it and obviously posted it on the discord and chaos ensued :)

It was before the day one patch, so even worse!
anyone defending it had to have changed their mind a few weeks after official release
