Fun fact: this Skip cutscene flag is used only once in the game, in a cutscene in Helvetia at the bridge showing a door opening.

I guess that flag must be used by Kick Buttix for skipping the first cutscene in Gaul.

the vod got deleted already. It is a softlock where you are in that splitted part of obelix and asterix befor the library. If you run back to the torch place you can get swapped back to obelix which has no was getting out of there as the door might only be 1-sized open (asterix-size) and the one to the area befor is locked making him stuck and you got chance in switching back to asterix
