I mean I have a story for xxl mod that i told many times already here but its not funny, rather dark Sams tragedy How he is a child prodigy and a talented engineer who builds all war machine devices and gets tricked by Caesar. Caesar uses sams devices to brutally supress enemies and people of rome. Sam doesnt like that and tries to go against Caesar which results in Caesar burning a district of rome where engineers and other talented people were living. It results in Sams family death. Baby crying on rome level is Sams Ptsd. After that his story begins on fighting against Caesar. Where later he meets the gauls and helps them with info. Basically its a mod which shows Sams perspective of things pre and during xxl story.

Did i ever tell on how merchant myseteriously can be everywhere around roman empire so quick? He has a secret tunnels dug all around roman empire and thats how he manages to travel so fast underground and helps Sam to be everywhere where Asterix is. Romans are speculating that Sam invented the first version of Internetus and helped merchant from xxl to become rich because of high end speeds which helps him to travel anywhere and sell goods. Then use the money to organize a revolt against Caesar. They are the small part of the resistance against Caesars regime.

lmao haha, i mean that makes sense but giving to the fact that merchant doesnt know how to fight and get a combo he cant use it i also would describe merchant as a scrambler/archelologist who just discovered ancient gaulish artefacts and now just sells them, because profit :SecureTheBagChamp:

but since asterix is a gaulish individual tied to a specific culture and gods, only they know how to use the artifacts of ancients at his own advantage its sort of like gaulish gods give him semi god powers in the right moments
