everything is windows only
qol patch doesnt change the resolution and option for full screen
other than that it changes other things

So does he have the game always in fullscreen, or always in windowed?
it basically starts in window mode, even if he change it, it doesnt change, it's default one / same for FS mode
And he can't resize, even when enabling windowed mode in the QoL settings ini file?
he can resize the window with mouse but he can't made it with file
also FOV thing doesnt change
so he has orignal fov instead of wide one
