there is one new byte added in the squad group, of values 0 or 1

which I guess tells if the squad is part of a challenge or not

same for the slide door hook, also one new byte for indicating challenge

The Asterix/Obelix/Idefix hooks were also changed, but all the other hooks are unchanged from the original
