The game is: Tonic Trouble PC Beta Version. I think there are multiple of these. It is not the one on abandonware. Also the intro is a total different one than it should be. You can show me after you hopefully get it working and then I can tell you wether it's the right or wrong one; or show me previews of it like images.

you can't run it since Windows Vista, or actually you can, but the graphics are creating black pixels that don't go away and get more and more and more until... baclk

Iirc the N64 version is different. The best version is actually the one in the video, but it is also the most complicated one regarding setups.
