Rockstar said something about character like Phil still existing in HD but the protagonists like Tommy and CJ are just myths
it's a maze of lots of inconcistency info
as much as i love the lore of GTA, it's really confusing once you enter GTA 4
BTW, if i remember right character from GTA2 supposed to appear in GTA6.
i'm just really excited to see what stuff they'll bring back from GTA Vice City
hopefully some radio stations return like Wave 103 or Wildstyle
even if the music they had playing in 86 wouldn't be in anymore for the 2020s
and the soundtrack for GTA V was already kinda hid

well, Take 2 is still out there on a manhunt for reuploads
and they are very aggressive towards leaked development footage
