maybe having potion also helps
y but depending on where you are it'll f*ck up the angle or not teleporting. I checked that with sliding attack I could have it (the only time I had it was by doing that so y I'll repeat it) idk if potion can help

Ye basically you need to be far enough. Usually you should try doing the sliding attack on the right side of the trigger.
