Sorry. It seems to be inconsistent - the thing is, once you get it, the trigger is no longer there. Like if you go back, you cannot trigger it. This makes me think that the trigger is not there at all.

It seems that it has to do something with the camera. I'd say it doesn't work and it is only possible because of freecam.

Though, after opeing the door to Obelix, if you just fall down on the elevator, go destroy the iron crates as Obelix and then come back, Asterix seems to be guaranteed to be on the elevator.
Got it more than 5 times in a row that way
