So how this FPS rule should be like ? Game always should be capped at around 60-64 fps. Unlocking the game FPS with FPS enhancers in not allowed (By many benefits that cannot be experienced on game base FPS)

Yep, just running at base fps (~64fps) (we don't need to strictly write out how the fps should look like, for now)

I would also add that one's fps cannot exceed 66.

I hope in the future we may play on more fps, whilst it being fair for everyone (though Failentin is playing unfair with his cannon helvetia strat, just saying).

I mean, if it's capped at 64, then it should not get over that 64 fps right ? So you will never get 66
