only bad thing is, you only get 5 shields
but since I didn't want to skip the shield in the water, I dropped that approach
in the Any% I go for shields
I had another 2:46 in any% earlier
but every fifth try I am spaming to much and then I though, hmm... maybe you can use it
crazy, everything under 2:50 is great
I lost 2 seconds at the flare and slow start
