is there any way to bind the camera control on the right joystick of my gamepad? i have it on the arrow keys and it's really annoying that i can't control the camera with the left joystick

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a patch for it. You can use an external tool to map some of your pad buttons to keyboard keys.
