My best guess it that Ocellus drew all the HD textures and made the better models.
Osome made the engine transfer, and gameplay changes.
And what I meant with the second statement is, that the porting studio (Ocellus or whatever studio it was) haven‘t started with the XXL3 port yet because it‘s not finished atm
I'm still wondering tho, if the Kal files in the HD release contain the HD changes in the environment or not.
Marty we found out that there was a studio added into the credits of the game on the consoles
which we didn‘t have on PC
And besides, I wonder if one day we could fix the problems with various environment objects missing/not moving
