PegPeregoGaucho
Yeah, hopefully we can work on tutorial videos soon
Mr.Rubinshtein
yes
PegPeregoGaucho
So the "King of explaining" can guide everyone through the editor 😉
Mr.Rubinshtein
PegPeregoGaucho
The Squad editor is by far the best feature of the editor
Lepidópterus
Honestly that whole choreography thing has to be one of the coolest little details of the game
Mr.Rubinshtein
yup
PegPeregoGaucho
Indeed
PegPeregoGaucho
the developers really put a lot of effort into it
Mr.Rubinshtein
it looks easy but when you try to approach it, thats where things get complicated
PegPeregoGaucho
Sometimes the developers also made choreographies for when the player enters a certain area
PegPeregoGaucho
Like the 70 roman fight in gaul when you enter the wooden watchtower
Mr.Rubinshtein
yea
JenjenParibou
So, if I got this correctly -A spot is an enemy that has a set of directions, and the pool is the enemy type -A Choreokey is a set of predefined positions for the enemies, that switch between each other after a certain delay, and contains flags for specific enemy behaviour -A Chorography is a group of keys, and it's a more general behaviour for the enemies, like being passive, aggressive, or specific situations like triggering a roman fight when entering a location
PegPeregoGaucho
Yup, you got it!
JenjenParibou
Wooooooooo
PegPeregoGaucho
A spot has a position and a direction, but this direction is not angle in degrees but a point relative to the position to which the enemy looks to
