A lot of difficult fights where no health at all is given to you, random lava pits that you couldn't see before you fall into them, very difficult platforming sections, and when you die, you must start from the start of the level again. 😅
They didn't test the GBA game much, did they?
The devs know how all of their game works, but did they have other people test-play it before release?
It's strange that they managed to put so much stuff into the GBA port but forgot to add a checkpoint system ^^

The biggest example of lack of playtest is that in nearly all magic potion spots there's a way to use its triple jump to skip something.
