While XXL 1 probably took me whole weeks, maybe months
and then there's me who played the games in the wrong order:
XXL2 - OG - XXL - XXL3
I played Layton games in the wrong order
I think I never finished XXL2 back then without chapter mode, because I couldn't get past the target arena in WCW... And I didn't once finish XXL1 until last year either x)
Haha, I played Layton completely out of order as well ^^
But playing in the wrong order wasn't the worst choice
I did 2 1 3 instead of 1 2 3
And, 1 wasn't french voice acted. Considering how young I was back then, if I started of with the English only first game, I might have considered the game not quite fun and wouldn't get the sequels.
Anyway, we can all agree chapter mode is quite a weird thing in XXL 2
I'm glad they balanced it for OG by preventing you to save while in that mode.
Huh? How so? I think it's much handier like that
But I do wonder, how fast can you complete the game from the last chapter with our glitches?
Oh. I think for OG it is probably even faster
All you have to do is collect a helmet, clip into that chariot race, cable car to final boss, Twister and you're probably done in under 6 minutes?
You don't even have to watch the Brutus landing twice
