I remember having similar bugs a long time ago when emulating Smash Melee on Dolphin...

In general, original XXL 2 on PC is quite buggy in sounds, many sfx pop out in mono/stereo all the time

Yeah, especially the bell sounds at Notre Dame and in the Carneval are buggy as hell

Actually, I played XXL2 once, and I was completely lost. I didn't even know where to go, what to do, and I finished by randomly going back and forth on the whole game... :/ I don't know what you're talking about guys... I just wanted to drop this useful information here :TotalKappa:

It's not much different from XXL :p Only that XXL2 has a bit of backtracking, unlike XXL...

Unlike XXL1 that got me its fair share of difficulty roadblocks, I went through XXL 2 on Xmas 2006 very fast!

Yeah, the backtracking is super pointless... One of the few great changes in the remaster. But of course, in XXL3, they added backtracking again xD

I don't know... When I played XXL at first, I discovered everything by myself : all multipliers locations, merchants, laurels, ... while I didn't enjoy really much discovering the second game...
