We might want to rephrase that and lead new runners to the save file then
otherwise they'll torture themselves with the intro for no reason x)
If there is no intro cutscene you can't say it's after.

I thought you meant one set up to not have the intro.

From my pov I'd say we should allow stuff like a prepared save file because it's a game mechanic by itself
what I am strictly against are modifications that the original game doesn't provide
like a no-intro-patch or something like that
And you could say that you would still start a "fresh game" because that save files hasn't anything uncovered
You don't even need a patch for that.
