in case of textures these textures were made for other levels and are tileable
which means they are also modular and can be used on your custom made level

yes you can but in editor the texture section looks like a garbage pile

or some character related stuff

what if you want to modify them?
if its existing texture then you just replace it or reimport it

before all that you need to select the model then you need to switch to the other end of editor and search for it
