i noticed that some things can only be triggered by obelix/only triggered if both go through it like the arena fights in rome. Do all detectors do that?

Yeah, it's not displayed in the editor yet, but there is a list of which shape to check collision with which node (Asterix, Obelix, or even any scene node) and which event sequence to trigger if they collide.

I think that there are also some collision checks used with the pushable block scene nodes for example.

Another note, all spheres are drawn as orange cubes that include the sphere (the actual sphere would touch the cube at the middle of the 6 faces)
