No but you should be able to move player and camera similutaneously, which means you'll have to change your hand position.

Left hand for movement, Right hand for camera.

i can play with xxl inspector with this patches? because xxl inpector work if the .ddl file is renamed d3d9 and the patches also need to be renamed like this
