Hello. I play Asterix at the Olympic Games and I had problem with the Black Screen I see like 1 Second the rotating CD on the right side and then the game Stops without any messages. Im running the game with NoDVD patch, trying to start it in different ways and its not working sadly. I run this game on Windows XP 32bit in VM and works fine but with Windows 11 24H2 I have appcrash with error 0xc000005 in Event Viewer
We already told you why that happen
All because of the new windows 11 security updates - and no, there is no patch for that yet
I wanted to try Windows 10 but XP has 1 GB only more space
On windows 10 it will work
Windows 11 is more secure but breaks compatibility in some old unsupported games by developers today. Only GOG can do old games to run well in a modern OS
