The wall teleports (we call them "tardis") are possible whenever a crate is halfway in a wall, so that the collision of the crate overrides the collision of the wall. There are many instances of this across the countries, but sometimes there is no location to be teleported to, or at least no useful one. Which makes it kinda funny that we use tardis exclusively in Greece, but three times.
