You all are regrabing cable car
but if you just grab it and don't let it go while going backwards then they are most of the time not spawning or just spawn on the right instead on the left
most of the time when i have grabbed cable cart and going back to get momentum they are spawning at that moment

I re-grabbed the cable car and the romans just didn't spawn
However, I had to re-grab it later than usual because the gladiator was chasing me
