But that should happen only once right?
now on my better destop, it's under 10 seconds now
i thiiiink so, i didn't test long enough to be honest, but i will, because that version of the game is now surprisingly solid to play with.
Definitely not 9 min xd But sometimes it can take like 15-20 sec to load all the things ( on old laptop the game also was frozen while loading for me for like additional 20 seconds ) - so it took me around 40 sec to load the level on fresh boot
load times can shock us when the original on PC gotten us used to 0.3second load times!
But i'm afraid we won't have this privilege once we have 9x bigger textures that aren't just 16 colors in depth.
I bet the difference comes from the time it takes to upload bigger texture to GPU (and twice because of the og/remaster rendering switch)
mhm. Switch 2 takes about 5 seconds only.
I was telling about STALKER 2, but yea.
Last time I checked something in XXLR it was like you said.
which is, the fastest XXL has ever loaded into a level on console!
PS2: 13 seconds
Gamecube: 9 seconds
Wii: 7 Seconds
Wii U: 6 seconds
-# yes i am as close as it gets to an XXL encyclopedia
I suppose the hard drive is better on Switch 2
And the textures smaller than on PC
Mhm, the perfect combination for a solid on-the-go experience
alas, the game is still forced to 720p. bet the Switch 2 would crush it even on native 1080p
at least Nintendo did a solid job making backwards compatibility so consistent
before they relied on just addind the old hardware inside, so the 3DS still has GBA hardware
