I'm not gonna return to this game until we find a way to make combos more stable (curently for me, it's mashing hell) but just wondering since we are skipping 3 diamond helmets, how are they replaced in the run ?
Hello! 😄 We take two additional helmets in Venetia and do the left eye of Pirate Island first to collect the last needed helmet on the cable car ride.
What do you mean with "combos more stable" though?
Well... It's very hard for me to perform potions combo's on pc for some reasons, the timing window for them is so tight I can't do them with only one hand. I have to use both.
*and you can tell for the new wcw skip, it's not ideal to move and do the combo at the same time*
while on ps2, I can do them no problem
That's strange... It's the opposite for me,I have a higher success rate doing the combo a bit more slowly, to make sure I really press every button
we need to look into why the timing is so tight in your game
Maybe you're just pressing the buttons too fast and/or in the wrong order

Froster was seemingly always playing on a version of the game where the lightning combo *never* worked... So I wouldn't rule out that different versions of the game could even have different combo timing
I mean when I try to get twister combo in xxl1 quickly sometimes I press the buttons too fast and the order messes up lol
yeah, when I do combos too fast I sometimes don't press the buttons down all the way and they aren't registered
the discord version (remove dl sound) is working fine for me
