| NoTeefy | after the crouch jump into the first jump and after that into the second jump |
| Failentin | It has to be so freaking precise |
| NoTeefy | If you get the timing right you'll gonna get it as consistent as me^^ |
| Failentin | Okay thank you π |
| NoTeefy | But it's a really retarded jump which gets me mad sometimes, especially after a perfect start π |
| Failentin | Yeah it really is the most difficult skip of the game, I'm glad it's at the beginning at least π
|
| NoTeefy | Oh and I also didn't know how to do it when I started running the game. I wasn't sure if I had to start it by crouching and then immediately jumping again to save the velocity |
| NoTeefy | but it turned out that you can use the crouch jump as a triple jump if used correctly, which enables that skip^^ |
| NoTeefy | PS: I never got it in XXL 2 (original) so far, the game seems to be faster and my timing gets messed up π |
| Failentin | Oh, I see π |
| NoTeefy | @Failentin yep. Another tricky thing to learn is that jump at the donkey kong section in pirates when going to the big cannon room |
| NoTeefy | you just want to walk up to the edge as close as possible, do a normal double jump towards the helmet line and as soon as the camera switches turn your joystick to the left |
| NoTeefy | the camera is the worst in the XXL games x) |
| NoTeefy | It killed me so many times already x.x |
| Failentin | Wait I'm confused which room is that? π€ |
| NoTeefy | Where you have those spider webs |
| NoTeefy | and the jumping dk boxes |
| Failentin | Oooh that one! |
| NoTeefy | yep, you can skip walking around the first turn which saves like 4 seconds |
| NoTeefy | or 5 but it's really annoying when you try to get how the trick works xD |
